What does a Chicago PR Firm bring to the Table?
As JM PR has previously discussed, there is an idea floating around that high caliber PR firms are only headquartered in New York City and Los Angeles. While location may have played a role in a firm’s effectiveness in the past, the age of the internet has turned that notion upside down. However, there is something to be said about the prevailing business mentality in a given area so we wanted to briefly discuss what a Chicago PR firm brings to the table.
Chicago, The Second City, has embraced Midwestern hospitality to the utmost. The superficial, wealth and status focused, dog-eat-dog mentality that permeates many large cities isn’t at the forefront of how businesses operate here. Which is a great thing for business owners looking to work with PR firms who will work their tails off without trying to rob them blind. Of course, that’s not to say that PR firms with similar values don’t exist in cities like New York City or Los Angeles.
Our firm has a presence in both of those markets, but the people working there still embody the culture our Chicago-based agency was founded upon. The team is tight-knit and the clients are like family. No one will take on business they don’t feel like they have the time to handle and no one tries to take advantage of clients. You’ll find agencies that fit the mold in other markets, but we promise, it won’t be as easy as it will be here in The Windy City.
